Boarding starts at 15:30 from Marmaris Harbour. On the first day, our gulet will remain anchored in Marmaris Port for dinner and stay at the port an overnight.
Marmaris is a port city and a tourist resort on the Mediterranean coast, located in southwest Turkey, in Mugla Province. Marmaris is a heavenly corner where you can see all grades and harmonies of green and blue during the twelve months of the year. The abundance of bays in the long coast line; its being a natural port; ancient cities; natural attractions; Blue Cruise facilities, marina for 800 boat and water sports facilities are the peculiarities making Marmaris a paradise for tourists.

Rhodes Island

After breakfast, you will be informed about the cruise itinerary and the gulet. Then we will cruise to Rhodes Island.
Rhodes (Rhodos or Rodos in Greek), lies between Crete and the near East in the Aegean ocean. Rhodes is the biggest of the Dodecanese islands. Named the sun island or island of light there are hardly any days when the sun doesn’t shine. With its subtropical climate and over 3.000 hours of sun per year you can be guaranteed a good tan on your holiday. Symi Island

We will cruise to Symi Island early in the morning. Symi has the most beautiful harbour in Greece. On either side of a steep sided fjord rise tier upon tier of houses, some white, some pastel yellow, but virtually all with Neo Classical pediments a reminder that 100 years ago this was one of Greece’s most prosperous islands. There has been virtually no modern concrete construction here and now these fine old houses are being resurrected for visitors. The spirit of the island remains intact. Datca, Inceburun

We will back to Turkey via Datca. Datca was founded by the Dorians settled in the Aegean islands and the southern coast of Ionia. This peninsula is located between the Aegean Sea and theMediterranean Sea. At the end of the peninsula, at a distance of about 38 kms is the ancient Carian city ofKnidos, which was described by Strabo as the ‘city built for the most beautiful goddess, Aphrodite, on the most beautiful peninsula”. It is also believed that around 500 years ago, the Spanish pirates sailing left leprosy patients to die here but the fair weather of the peninsula recovered the lepers! Then we will cruise to Inceburun for dinner and overnight spend.

Palamut Buku, Knidos (Cnidus)

Early morning, we will sail to Palamutbuku. Palamutbuku is reputed for having the best beaches in the Datca peninsula. The beaches are small but very beautiful. Surrounded by mountains and spotted with gardens, these beaches are known for their tranquility and fresh sea air that together present the perfect backdrop for a rejuvenating getaway. Palamutbuku is located at the end of the peninsula and is also famed for the remains of the historic city ofKnidos. Knidos, known for its bounty of fish, is located about 12 kilometers away.
The waters here are crystal clear, so much so that it is believed that if you take a needle at the very bottom of the sea, you can still see it! Go on a sea tour or simply bask on the beaches, watching vibrant birds take a flight there is so much to do in Palamutbuku!
The people are warm and friendly. Palamutbuku epitomizes peace, tranquility and happiness. With its warm people with their smiling faces and immense natural beauty, Palamutbuku is indeed a little paradise in its own right. Then we will cruise to Knidos.
Knidos is one of the most magnificent ancient cities in Anatolia that you should visit. As the first settlement in the east of the Datca peninsula, Knidos has splendid ruins and a unique beauty. There is a theater is located right next to the harbor of the ancient city of Knidos. A short walk towards the harbor will take you to the remains of two churches built during the Byzantine period. Knidos century has been a site of archaeological excavations since 1960. The Statue of Demeter discovered here and the lion statues that protected the harbor in ancient times now adorn the halls of the British Museum. The sacred temple of the goddess Aphrodite is a major center of attraction. The city with a huge necropolis, a double harbor and the magnificent acropolis with the temple of Aphrodite truly impresses all visitors. Dinner and overnight spend in Knidos.

Kisebuku (Alakisla), Kargili Bay

Kise Buku, a name originating from the word ‘kilise’ (church) due to the remains of the Byzantine Monasteries found in this area. It is indispensable for all boats to anchor here at a very large cove. This bay is surrounded by mountains in the north, and western winds blow in the eastern side of the island against. At Alakisla, you will encounter the ruins of an old monastery by the name of Kise Bay. The must visit places in the Kisebuku ruins include Yalikoyu, Akarca, Fork, summerhouse, bath, cistern and the cove where the ruins of the church are found. These call for an indispensable stop during your Blue Cruise. In a few coves in the vicinity, you can find wonders like cold drinking water boiling! The silhouette of a grove of Oleander trees rolling down into the sea against the glittering sandy beaches is indeed a spectacle to behold! We will sail to Kargili Bay for dinner and overnight spend.

Papuc Burnu, Yaliciftlik

We will sail to Pabucburnu after breakfast and enjoy lunch here. Located 6 miles from Bodrum and resembling the shape of a nose is Pabuc Burnu, suitable for boats to dock. The unique shape covered with shrubs, the emerald colored waters and a string of pool like boat shelters with calm water are the hallmarks of Pabuc Burnu. Tea will be served in Yaliciftlik Bay. An optional village tour can be arranged from this bay for those who are wishing to experience the local life. Then our boat will cruise back to Bodrum Port for the last day’s dinner and an overnight stay.

Bodrum

Bodrum is the ideal starting point for sailing the Aegean coast of Turkey. The Gokova Gulf is acknowledged to be one of the best cruising areas in Europe. With abundant sunshine, crystal clear waters, continuous blue skies, good anchorages and friendly people, this coast offers many diversities. There are many unspoiled areas rich in natural beauty and in costal settlements and villages.
Bodrum is a port city in Mugla Province, in the southwestern Aegean Region of Turkey. It is located on the southern coast of Bodrum Peninsula, at a point that checks the entry into the Gulf of Gokova. The city was called Halicarnassus of Caria in ancient times and was famous for housing the Mausoleum of Mausolus, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Bodrum Castle, built by the Crusaders in the 15th century, overlooks the harbour and the marina. The castle grounds include a Museum of Underwater Archeology and hosts several cultural festivals throughout the year.

Antalya, Turkey’s principal holiday resort in the Mediterranean region (ancient Pamphylia), is an attractive city with shady palm-lined boulevards, a prize-winning marina on the Mediterranean. In the picturesque old quarter, Kaleici, narrow winding streets and old wooden houses abut the ancient city walls. Lately, many foreigners have bought (and continue to buy) property in and around Antalya for their holidays or for the retirement. It became a popular area especially for the German and Russian nationals. During the winter months its population is around 2 million, but in the summer times it doubles.

The region around Antalya offers sights of astonishing natural beauty as well as awesome historical remains. You can walk behind the cascade, a thrilling experience, at the Upper Düden Waterfalls, 14 km northeast of Antalya. On the way to Lara Beach, the Lower Düden Waterfalls plunge straight into the sea. The nearby rest area offers an excellent view of the falls; the view is even more spectacular from the sea. Kursunlu Waterfalls and Nilüfer Lake, both 18 km from Antalya are two more places of superb natural beauty.

Ancient City

The ancient city of Aphrodisias, dedicated to the goddess of love Aphrodite, was a Hellenistic city which also flourished under Roman and Byzantine rule. Excavations in the 24-meter-high (78 ft) theater hill have revealed layers of settlement going back to the Bronze Age (c. 2800-2200 BC). It was founded in the 5th c. BC and flourished under the Roman Empire (1st c. BC-4th c. AD). Mark Antony recognized the autonomy of Aphrodisias in the 1st c. BC. In the Byzantine period it was first the seat of an archbishopric, then of the metropolitan of Caria. In the 6th c. AD the name of Aphrodisias was changed to Stavropolis, the city of the Cross, to erase the pagan goddess of love from peopleís minds. As the capital of Caria Aphrodisias was finally called Caria which then became Geyre in Turkish. Later in the 13th century it was abandoned. The city was buried by a series of earthquakes.
Aphrodisias was primarily known as a center for the arts, specifically sculpture. The Aphrodisias School of Sculpture had a distinctive style and was very well circulated throughout the Greek and Roman world. Statues with corresponding signatures were discovered from Spain to present day Germany and virtually everywhere in the Roman world. The existence of Aphrodisias was almost forgotten until a Turkish professor, Dr. Kenan Erim, of  New York University received a grant from National Geographic to excavate the site in the 1960ís. TROFE Hunting Safaris is the owner of 2 wild boar hunting grounds of total 245.000 hectares within the coastal area of the Aegean and Mediterranean seas. We use this to our advantage and organise unforgettable hunting holidays so, on this programme, you can spend your daytime visiting the marvellous and unique crystal clear coves of our breath-taking coastline where you can swim, fish, do water sports and sunbathe. After sunset you will have the opportunity to go ashore with our hunting guide and have the opportunity to hunt wild boars with record fang length so that you can combine a special holiday on a gulet with your family and friends while still enjoying the thrill of your passion for hunting! Just like our standard stalking hunts, our professional guides will prepare the hunting grounds for you – the only difference will be that instead of staying at hotels you and your family or group of friends will have the magnificent opportunity to stay on de-luxe gulets. The best period to combine wild boar hunting with a Blue Voyage experience is between May and October. Every wild boar hunter must experience this at least once in his lifetime.

You can choose to hire a de-luxe or ultra-de-luxe type gulet for one week from our company. The size of our gulets are 22m, 26m and 30m long with 4, 6 or 8 cabins. All our gulets have 2 master cabins with a Jacuzzi and all cabins have their own shower and toilet. They also have central cooling system, plasma TV and double beds. All our crews are specially trained and include a qualified cook to ensure that you have the very best of cruising experience.

Hunting and Blue Voyage Programme
Day 1: Arrival at Dalaman or Bodrum airport. You will be met at the airport by a representative from TROFE Hunting Safaris. Guests who choose to bring their own rifles will need to clear them for entry into Turkey at the Customs Office at the airport. This procedure will take about 30 minutes and will be facilitated by one of our staff. We manage our transfers by V.I.P shuttle buses. Travel between airports and marinas at our hunting grounds take only one hour and are fully accompanied by our staff.
Check in to the gulet and enjoy your welcome drinks. Test shooting to prove the rifle if there is time. Visit nearby coves and anchor. Dinner.

Day 2: Breakfast on board and sailing around the spectacular coastline. Anchoring at coves to enjoy water sports (jet-ski, water ski, surfing, diving etc.) or swimming. Enjoy lunch, followed by more opportunities for sailing and relaxing. Later, (2100) the hunter or hunters will be met by our hunting guides on land. Return to the boat from hunting (02:00)
Day 3: Breakfast on board. Photo shooting with the wild boars hunted the previous day. Then another day relaxing and enjoying the on board facilities before being collected for another night time hunt by our guides at 2100.
